(d) 具備電腦知識,包括使用Excel, Words及PowerPoint。 
註: (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學 文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(4)具備產業管理或土地管理經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮。 
職責: 執行與新界土地管理工作有關的多方面事宜 –
(a) 進行工地視察;
(b) 會見牽涉交易及糾紛的當事人;
(c) 檢查/準備土地文件及統計數字;及
(d) 執行上級指派的其他職務。
(註:合約地政主任須在新界各處執勤,並須不時執行長時間或不定時的職務。) 
聘用條款: 受聘人將按非公務員合約條款聘任,為期一年。 
福利: (a) 受聘人如能圓滿完成合約,並在合約期內一直保持良好的工作表現及操守,將可獲發約滿酬金。該筆約滿酬金,連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人的強制性公積金計劃所作供款,合共相等於受聘人在合約期內所支底薪總額的15%。
(b) 在適當情況下,受聘人可享有不少於《僱傭條例》規定的休息日、法定假期、年假、分娩假期/侍產假和疾病津貼。 
附註: (a) 除另有指明外,申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。

Job Title: Contract Land Executive 
Salary: HK$19,065 per month 
Entry Requirements: (a) (i) have Level 3 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or (ii) have Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 (Note 3) / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
(b) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(c) be mature and reliable, with the ability to work independently; and
(d) have computer knowledge of Excel, Words and PowerPoint. 
Note: (1) “Attained with Distinction” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade C in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 3 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.
(2) The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language.
(3) ‘Grade C’ and ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ and ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
(4) Preference will be given to candidates possessing previous experience in estate management or land management. 
Duties: Responsible to a wide variety of matters relating to the administration of land in the New Territories:
(a) to conduct site visits;
(b) to interview parties involved in transactions and disputes;
(c) to check/prepare land documents and statistical returns; and
(d) to undertake any other duties as may be required by the supervisors.
(Note: The work of Contract Land Executive may involve extensive travelling in the New Territories with sometimes long and irregular hours of duty.) 
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 1 year. 
Fringe Benefits (a) A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the full contract period with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, plus any contribution made by the Government to an MPF Scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinances, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
(b) Rest days, statutory holidays, annual leave, maternity leave or paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted on terms not less favourable than the provisions of the Employment Ordinance. 
General Notes: (a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
