職責: | (1) 協助統籌、推廣和籌辦社區參與活動及工程項目;
(2) 就區議會的日常運作提供行政支援;
(3) 為區議會轄下的委員會/工作小組提供後勤支援;
(4) 在有需要時執行其他職務。 |
聘用條款: | 應徵者如獲錄用,將按非公務員合約條款受聘,聘用期至2013年3月。 |
福利: | 受聘人圓滿完成合約,可獲發一筆約滿酬金。該筆酬金(如獲發)加上政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等 於受聘人在合約期內所得底薪總額的15%。受聘人可享有《僱傭條例》訂明而又適用的休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、年假、產假、疾病津貼等福利。 |

| Candidates must be able to communicate in Cantonese and write flue
nt Chinese and English. Preference may be given to candidates who are familiar with MS Word, Excel PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing, web-page maintenance software, for example, Frontpage and who have relevant working experience. Working hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm on any days, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as and when required. Required to work outdoor and irregular hours if necessary. |
Duties: |

|
| (1) to assist in the coordination, promotion and organization of community involvement campaigns and works projects;
(2) to provide administrative support for the daily operation of District Councils;
(3) to provide logistic support for the Committees/Working Groups under District Councils; and
(4) other duties as and when required. |
Terms of Appointment: |
|
|
| Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for the
period up to March 2013. |
Fringe Benefits |
|
|
| Upon satisfactory completion of full contract, the appointee will be granted a gratuity for the period of service. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Scheme Ordinance, will equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. Rest days, statutory holidays (or
substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance. |
