職責: | (1) 為跟進區內露宿者和衞生事宜的工作會議提供後勤及秘書支援服務; (2) 安排跨部門清潔行動,以改善露宿者黑點的環境衛生情況; (3) 提供一般行政及管理支援,包括項目策劃、資源及檔案管理、編寫報告等; (4) 處理查詢及投訴; (5) 按需要執行戶外工作; (6) 協助舉辦社區活動和項目;及 (7) 在有需要時執行其他職務。 | |||
聘用條款: | 申請人如獲錄用,將按非公務員合約條款受聘,為期一年。合約屆滿後,是否獲續聘,須視乎屆時民政事務總署的服務需求及受聘者的工作表現而定。 | |||
福利: | (1) 按照《僱傭條例》的規定,視乎情況給予休息日、法定假日(或代替假日)、年假、產假和疾病津貼; (2) 如受聘人在合約期內一直表現理想且行為良好,則在合約圓滿結束後,可獲發約滿酬金(合約期須不少於一年且符合合約條件)。該筆酬金,連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人向強制性公積金計劃所作的供款,將相等於合約期所得底薪總額的15%。 | |||

Entry Requirements: | (1) A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; (2) Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (3) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and (4) Have at least one year of full-time post-qualification working experience in administrative/project management. | |||
Note: | (1) ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. | |||
Duties: | (1) To provide logistical and secretarial support to working meetings on street sleepers and district hygiene issues; (2) To arrange inter-departmental tidy-up operation to improve environmental hygiene condition of street sleepers spots; (3) To handle general administrative work, including project planning, resource and records management, compilation of reports etc.; (4) To handle enquiries and complaints; (5) To perform outdoor work as required; (6) To assist in organising community activities and projects; and (7) To undertake any other duties as required. | |||
Terms of Appointment: | The successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for a period of one year. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service need of the Home Affairs Department and the appointee's performance. | |||
Fringe Benefits | (1) Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance; (2) A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently high standard of performance and conduct (applicable where the contract period is no less than one year and the contractual conditions are met). Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. | |||
