including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong
Certificate of Education Examination [Note 1], or equivalent ;

(b) 3 years' relevant working experience ;

(c) Computer knowledge including operation of Excel, Words, PowerPoint and
Chinese input method ; and

(d) Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English and 20 w.p.m. in Chinese will be an
advantage. 



Note:



1. For non-civil service appointment
purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in
previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English
Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.

2. Candidates will be arranged to attend a Chinese and English typing test on
the interview day. 



Duties:



Filing, typing, photocopying and scanning
work; processing digital files; creating/inputting/updating computer records;
maintaining file records; general office administration and accounting work;
taking down telephone messages and answering public enquiries; delivery of
documents; and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

[Note: May be required to work overtime / irregular hours.] 



Terms of Appointment:



Successful candidates will be appointed on
non-civil service contract terms for a period of 6 months to 1 year. 



Fringe Benefits



(a) A gratuity may be granted upon
satisfactory completion of the full contract period with consistently high
standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, plus any contribution
made by the Government to an MPF Scheme in respect of the appointee as
required by the MPF Schemes Ordinances, will be equal to 10% of the total
basic salary drawn during the contract period.

(b) Rest days, statutory holidays, annual leave, maternity leave or paternity
leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted on terms not
less favourable than the provisions of the Employment Ordinance. 



General Notes:



(a) Candidates must be permanent residents
of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment
unless specified otherwise.

jobs wherever possible. If a disabled candidate meets the entry requirements,
he/she will be invited to attend the selection interview/written examination
without being subject to any further shortlisting criteria.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and
Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject
to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. They
should submit copies of their official transcripts and certificates by mail

How to apply:



Application Forms (G.F. 340 (Rev. 6/2012))
are obtainable from any Public Enquiry Service Centres of District Offices,
Home Affairs Department or any Job Centres of the Employment Service
Division, Labour Department. The said form can also be downloaded from the
Civil Service Bureau's website (http://www.csb.gov.hk). Completed application
forms, together with proof of documents of working experience, should be sent
to the following address of Lands Department on or before the closing date
for application. The envelope containing the application should clearly
indicate the post being applied for. If candidates fail to provide the
supporting documents as requested, their applications will not be considered.
Candidates who are selected for typing test and interview will normally
receive an invitation in about six to eight weeks from the closing date for
application. Those who are not invited for typing test and interview may
assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

職責:



存檔、打字、影印及掃描工作;處理數碼化檔案;開立/輸入/更新電腦記錄;整理檔案;一般辦公室行政及會計工作;記錄電話口訊及答覆一般公眾查詢;送遞文件;以及執行上級指派的其他工作。

聘用條款:



受聘人將按非公務員合約條款聘任,為期六個月至一年。 



福利:



(a) 受聘人如能圓滿完成合約,並在合約期內一直保持良好的工作表現及操守,將可獲發約滿酬金。該筆約滿酬金,連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為受聘人的強制性公積金計劃所作供款,合共相等於受聘人在合約期內所支底薪總額的10%

(b)
在適當情況下,受聘人可享有不少於《僱傭條例》規定的休息日、法定假期、年假、分娩假期/侍產假和疾病津貼。

(a) 除另有指明
