職責:

(a) 為籌辦社區參與項目及活動提供文書和秘書服務；

(b) 就區議會的日常運作提供文書和秘書服務；

(c) 為區議會轄下的委員會/工作小組提供文書和秘書服務；及

(d) 在有需要時執行其他相關的職務。 

聘用條款:

(i) 應徵者如獲錄用，將會按非公務員合約條款受聘

(II) 受聘者可獲兩年聘用合約，續約與否須視乎工作表現及工作需要而定

(III) 須戶外和不定時工作 

福利:

受聘人如圓滿完成合約及表現良好，可獲發約滿酬金。該筆酬金，連同政府向強積金計劃作出的供款，將相等於受聘人在合約期內所得底薪總額的10%。 

附註:

(a) 除另有指明外，申請人於獲聘時必須已成為香港特別行政區永久性居民。

Entry Requirements:

(i) Leve 2 or above in Chinese Language and English
Language together with three other subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE,
or equivalent.

(ii) Good knowledge of common computer software applications, including MS
Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese and English word-processing skills 

Duties:

(a) to provide clerical and secretarial support in the
organization of community involvement campaigns and projects;

(b) to provide clerical and secretarial support for the daily operation of
District Councils;

(c) to provide clerical and secretarial support for the Committees/Working
Groups under District Councils; and

(d) other related duties as and when required. 

Terms of Appointment:

(i) Candidates will be appointed on non-civil service
contract terms

(ii) Two-year contract will be offered to successful candidates. Further
renewal should be subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs

(iii) Required to work outdoor and irregular hours 

Fringe Benefits

Upon satisfactory completion of contract, the appointee
will receive a gratuity for the period of service. The gratuity payable for
the contract will be the sum which, when added to the government's
contribution to the MPF scheme, equals 10% of the total basic salary drawn
during the period of contract. 

General Notes:

(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless
specified otherwise.
