(e)
搬運重物能力及技巧。
(申請人如具有至少一年全職辦公室工作經驗; 操作電腦工作經驗(如協助輸入、測試及校對電腦系統的資料和資料;操作掃瞄器); 或具備對Visual Foxpro的基本知識會獲優先考慮。)
職責:
有關職位的主要職責包括:
(a)
提供文書支援,例如處理檔、輸入資料及接待處服務;
(b)
提供後勤支援,例如派遞檔案和檔及支援執行相關環保法例;及
(c)
執行戶外工作及上司指派的其他工作。
其他相關的工作要求:工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲聘人員可能要不定時工作,包括晚上及週末和周日。
聘用條件:獲取錄的申請人將按非公務員合約條款受聘,為期至2013年12月。

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT
Part-time Assistant (Salary: $52 per hour)
Entry Requirements: Applicants should have –
(a) completed Secondary 5, or equivalent;
(b) good Chinese and English word processing skills;
(c) basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
(d) good communication skills and telephone answering skills; and
(e) ability and skills on moving bulky items.
(Preference will be given to candidates who have at least one year’s full-time
office working experience; experience of operating computers (e.g. assist in
input, test and proofread data and information in computer systems; operate
scanners) and knowledge in Visual Foxpro.)
Duties: The main duties include:
(a) to provide clerical support, such as handling of documents, data entry and
reception service, (b) to provide logistics support such as delivering
files and documents and providing support in the enforcement of relevant
environmental protection ordinances; and
(c) to perform outdoor duties and other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regarded to the
operational needs of the department. The successful candidates may be required
to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract
terms for a fixed period up to December 2013.
General Notes:(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
