人力資源管理高等文憑課程

本課程理論及實務並重,使參加者能了解組織的整體人事管理功能。課程主要協助企業管理人員有效施行人力資源管理，並能掌握日常人事實務工作，協助企業未來人力資源發展。整項課程由經驗講師主持，包括各項人力管理專題，學習內容以管理個案、專題思考作討論。

此課程科目獲英國企業家學會(The Society of Business Practitioner,UK)認可，學員可通過本校申請該學會之高等文憑(費用另付)

SBP簡介:

SBP成立於英國Cheshire, 總部在曼徹斯特國際商業重鎮,一所國際認可英國技職專業文憑及英國專業經理人執照證照考試教育機構, 提供Diploma商業企管文憑,Advanced Diploma高級商業企管文憑,Postgraduate Diploma企管研究所文憑以及Certified Professional Manager英國專業經理人證照認證. 以及FELLOW 院士。

英國企業家學會由一團有卓超商業成就的企業家組成。英國企業家學會於1956年成立，亦為英國其中一個榮譽專業學會，在英國、意大利、美國、加拿大、澳洲、星加坡、希臘、德國、香港…等等多個國家都設有國際分會。

英國企業家學會成立於一九五六年，該學會開設的各種專業管理課程和其頒發的專業文憑證書受到美國、英國、新西蘭、澳大利亞、南非和歐洲許多國家大學承認。該學會頒發的特許高級文憑 (Postgraduate Diploma) 被美國教育學曆評估機構 (The Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc USA) 評估為大學學士學位水平。
