香港紫花油大藥廠成立於2011年,自資逾數千萬港元打造11,000呎廠房。前期由華星製藥有限公司持有,後因要推動自家品牌「紫花油」便決定另建廠房,引進現代化生產和化驗設備,設置完善的質量管理系統,聘用經驗豐富和專業認可的質檢及生產人員。為精益求精,廠房於2012年更獲得【GMP良好生產質量管理規範】(Good Manufacturing Practice in respect of proprietary Chinese Medicine) 認證,不論其廠房裝修、廠房設施、空氣潔淨度、生產及品質管理上,均符合嚴格要求及達至國際級水平。
Established in 2011, Hong Kong Zihua Pharm Limited invested tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars to build an 11,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. Originally held by Wah Shing Pharmaceutical Limited, the company decided to construct its own plant to promote its proprietary brand, "Zihua Medicated Oil."
The facility features modernized production and laboratory equipment, a comprehensive quality management system, and a team of experienced, professionally recognized quality control and production personnel. 1974年創立南華大藥房,1977年成立威發大藥廠。

Mr. Hui Siu-man, the founder of the "Zihua Oil" brand, is a seasoned veteran with decades of experience in the Western pharmaceutical and medicated oil industries. He served as the Chairman of the Hong Kong & Kowloon General Association of Pharmacies for over 20 years and currently holds the position of Permanent Honorary Chairman of the association.
Mr. Hui began his career in the Western medicine sector in 1959, later founding South China Medicine Company in 1974 and establishing Wai Fat Pharmaceutical Factory in 1977. In the early 2000s, recognizing the immense potential of the medicated oil market, Mr. Hui dedicated himself to research and development.
In 2008, he successfully formulated "Zihua Oil," featuring a unique French lavender essential oil blend. This innovation completely revolutionized the industry's landscape by creating a one-of-a-kind product. From initial concept and R&D to the construction of production facilities, Mr. Hui adopted a philosophy of "bold hypothesis and careful verification," establishing a pioneering and highly marketable position for Zihua Oil.

1927年成立
和興白花油 的歷史可追溯到1927年的馬來西亞-檳城,當時, 和興白花油 始創人顏玉瑩先生首次研製出一種可供塗擦用的藥油,亦就是現時家傳戶曉之 和興活絡油 。初期研製成的 和興白花油 只供私人使用,由於白花油療效顯著,極受親朋戚友歡迎,因此,顏先生決定大量生產白花油,並向市場銷售。由於顏先生鍾情於水仙花(即白花),故把這藥油命名為「白花油」。
1935年註冊及後殺出東南亞
有關白花油的商標,則是由顏劉崑珠女士於1935年在新加坡註冊。隨著在檳城及新加坡的成功,顏先生遂將注意力轉移到其他地方,當時他洞悉到香港的優勢,故決定前來香港發展。
1953年在香港參加工展會及以藝人宣傳
為了能在市場上分一杯羹,顏先生採取一系列策略性的市場推廣,包括利用在當時相當獨特的大型戶外廣告,由著名的粵劇藝人協助宣傳,以及積極參與1953年及以後多屆由中華廠商聯合會主辦的香港工業產品展覽會(工展會),以確立 和興白花油 作為多用途健康藥油的市場地位。
The history of Hoe Hin White Flower Ointment (Pak Fah Yeow) dates back to 1927 in Penang, Malaysia. At that time, the founder, Mr. Gan Geok Eng, first developed a medicated oil for external use, which is known today as the household name Hoe Hin Strain Relief Oil. Initially, the oil was created for private use only. However, due to its remarkable efficacy, it became highly popular among friends and relatives. Consequently, Mr. Gan decided to produce the oil on a large scale for commercial sale. As he had a special fondness for narcissus (commonly known as "white flowers"), he named the product "White Flower Ointment."
The trademark for White Flower Ointment was registered in Singapore by Ms. Gan Low Kin Choo in 1935. Following its success in Penang and Singapore, Mr. Gan shifted his focus to other regions. Recognizing the strategic advantages of Hong Kong, he decided to expand his business there.
